Kamerunga Villas Incident Reporting Procedures
1. The Body Corporate Committee of Kamerunga wish to make known the following procedures relating to the reporting of incidents such as noise, by-law violations in respect to the keeping of pets and damage to common property, Main Gates, swimming pool and street lights malfunctions.

1. A recent issue has cost the Body Corporate $2800 after some irresponsible individual broke a bottle and threw it into the pool.
2. By law if glass is broken in the pool, the pool must be emptied and the bottom cleaned of all glass.
3. Residents are advised of the following pool regulations.
a. Consumption of Alcohol is forbidden in the pool area.

Residents are reminded that the speed limit within the Villa complex is 10 KPH. There are many small children residing in the Villas, please take care and don't be the 1st to cause serious injury.
Security Gates

Security Gates have been subjected to malicious damage over the last couple of months. 3 gearboxes have been replaced due the gates being forced open. The cost to the Body Corporate has been substancial. Residents are requested to ring the Caretaker if gates malfunction.
Swimming Pool certificate

Swimming pool certificate was renewed on the 6th of December 2013. Certificate will be displayed on the Pool Pump House when the notice board has been affixed.
